Jen Robinson

So neat to learn from this interview that Jen Webb is a librarian in Lexington, MA. That's where I grew up, and many many of the books that I read as a child came from that library. I remember riding home from there on my bike, basket full of books.

I also especially liked what Jen said about children's books not having to fit into neat categories - that's one of the things that I love about them, too. You can have just a little magic, or just a hint of mystery, or a melange of sci fi, mystery, and realism, and it will all be ok. Thanks for the interview!

Thanks, other Jen! :) Check out the new incarnation of Cary Library: http://www.carylibrary.org. We renovated in 2003, so the old Giant Cement Block part of the building is gone. :)
