Sheila Ruth

Thanks for the shout-out about the database. I've been really impressed with how many nominees the panelists are reading. I wanted to point out one that you didn't mention: Charlotte, of Charlotte's Library, has now read over 100 books in the Science Fiction & Fantasy category. Her dedication even extends to taking a book with her to read at stoplights:

I am having so much fun reading all the nominees and discussing them with my fellow panelists. So, thank you! :-)

Beth Fehlbaum

Even though my book was DQ'd b/c it is "officially" an adult novel, I learned about the ALEX awards from a Cybils person, and that was very helpful. I am hopeful!
Happy Holidays!

Ch. 1 is online!

Thanks Sheila!

I'm also keeping a list, showing the books I've read and with links to panelists' reviews, here: http://charlotteslibrary.blogspot.com/2008/10/cybils-my-list-of-whats-been-nominated.html

Little Willow

Hurrah to one and all, and happy holidays!

Sorry to have overlooked you, Charlotte! Thanks for your hard work. And thanks for the hat tip, Sheila.
