We nominate "Where in the Wild" (Schwartz and Schy) for the nonfiction picture book award. Camouflaged creatures are concealed and revealed in this intriguing book. A poem introduces the clues of the creature, and a photograph gives readers a chance to do some investigating in hopes of finding the creature. Then readers can turn the flap and find the creature highlighted. Interesting information about each creature is also included. It is an extremely engaging and inviting text for readers.

Sorry folks, nominations are closed.

That one has already been nominated anyway, so it's cool.

Will this list be updated to show that Hair Dance was moved to poetry and First the Egg was moved to NFPB?
