Now this is sorrowful. I saw the link on my blog, and I figured I'd check to see if there were any new comments, or, if I were really lucky, new posts.

I'm sorry that you guys are leaving, but I hope this works out best for all of you. I guess the one issue with a "fish out of water" blog is that the fish is out of water. I hope that Chicago works out better for you, and I hope to see a blog from the Evanston Empress or whatever in the near future.

We used to live up by Gurnee and still have many friends in the area. So when we ALL go to BlogHer next year (yep, the whole family) I hope we can finally meet up.

Thanks everyone! It does indeed look like I'll have a new blog up in a few months. It's in the planning stages still and will be quite different from anything I've tried before.

There won't be any notice posted here, but I will try and make the rounds of blogs (which I need to do anyway) when I'm ready to go public with it.
